As a United Nations Information and Communication Technology ( ICT ) organization, the International Telecommunication Union ( ITU ) is committed to uniting all partners to address the problems of rapid urbanization. We are trying to enhance our ability to continue to grow, such as artificial intelligence (AI) , machine learning, big data, the Internet of Things (IoT) , and 5G to create smarter, more sustainable urban areas.
